Orignal Blend. Flowerly, relaxing, gentle on mind and spirit. Jasmine relaxes, rose soothes and gentely helps detox body. 

 

1. Bring 6-8 oz  water to gentle boil. 

2. Pour water over leaves steep for 2-3 mins. 

3. Strain/Drain Tea. Sweeten, enjoy.

 Flowery, Fruity, with a  tart "kick"

 

Relaxing tea, with a cranberry flavor due to the Hibiscus. Some studies show this tea may help lower blood pressure. Lavender helps relax. Great Hot or cold. 

Hot Tea: 

1. Bring 6-8 oz water to gentle boil. 

2. Pour water over leaves steep for 2-3 mins. 

3. Strain/Drain Tea. Sweeten, enjoy. 

 

Cold Tea: 

1. Bring 4 oz of water to gentle boil. 

2. Pour water over leaves and steep for 2-3 mins. 

3. Strain/Drain Tea. Sweeten. Pour over ice. Allow to cool. 

4. Enjoy
